Complete exterior and partial interior renovation of a 4,000 s.f. log cabin originally constructed in 1927. A new roof was installed over the entire structure. The roof over the great room was completely removed and reconstructed. New windows were installed throughout. A new dormer was constructed on the east side of the second floor. All logs were reviewed and analyzed for damage and documented for replacement. The entire exterior of the cabin was re-chinked, stained and re-sealed. A one room addition on the south side was removed for a future new room which will enclose a garden courtyard.
